What Day Is It – Really?

Standard

It’s no secret that I haven’t blogged in a few weeks. While I tend to be openly transparent about my struggles, this is different.

The underlying reason for my absence in the cyberworld is that I am in the fight of my life, thus far. Although some aspects of my current challenge seem unwelcomingly familiar, this is an intense battle.

And while I’m in the midst of this fight, I’m moved by the struggles of others, laying down my burdens to assist with theirs.

My world has been so insane that I often am unaware of which day of the week it is. But, I’ve made a new resolve:

I’m DETERMINED that no matter the day of the week, it will not be a WEAK day for me. I am more determined than ever to pray, fast, excel and let go and let God.

On this journey, I realize that I have taken more steps than I could have ever imagined towards greatness when I began this initiative.

Therefore, my posts going forward will no longer reference a day of the week, rather a suitable title.

My prayer is that each of you are finding ways to live out your purpose fully. For those of you who have not yet found your purpose, spend some time with God and HEAR what he wants to say to you.

Be a blessing to someone in need and tell another person how they have blessed you in deed.

Thank You and I thank God for giving you the words that you have shared on your site. I have been a firm believer that words are the greatest gift that you can ever give someone. I was brought to tears when reading your site. I’m inspired by knowing someone is so open about their struggles in their life but successful in keep God first in the process. I wish you peace and many more blessings to come. Thank You once again Thank You

    • Thank you for your kind words. I realize that everyone is not called to be transparent – and trust me, it’s difficult. Many times I ask God “do I REALLY need to pour my heart out publicly like that?”, but, then I get a reply such as yours and I KNOW that I’m doing the right thing. Blessings to you 🙂
